Terms of Service

All projects are quoted on a per-project basis in Australian dollars (AUD). Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A 50% deposit is required before work commences
• The remaining balance is invoiced upon project completion
• Invoices are payable within 14 days (NET 14)
• All prices are quoted exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise

• Your data and outputs: You retain full ownership of your data, documents, and any outputs generated specifically for your project.
• Our systems and tools: Veriti retains intellectual property rights in its underlying systems, methodologies, tools, frameworks, and reusable components.
• Open source: Any open-source components used in your project are governed by their respective licences, which will be documented and provided to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veriti's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you to Veriti in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Veriti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Client data is processed only within the agreed project scope
• Documents are stored in secure, Australian-hosted environments
• Data is deleted upon project completion or at your written request
• Your data is never used for AI model training or shared with third parties

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees for work completed up to the termination date are due
• Any deliverables completed to date will be provided to you
• Your data will be returned or deleted as per your instructions
